iBrandVoice / About
Natalia Bizyukova, founder of iBrandVoice
I run AI visibility audits for brands that sell physical products: what ChatGPT, Google AI Mode and Alexa for Shopping (formerly Rufus) tell shoppers about a product, who they name instead, and what to fix first.
Before that: Amazon launches with $148K in the first three months, listings that reached #1 in organic search, a 60-store retail network, and my own pet-apparel brand, built from zero.
Amazon results are 2024–2025 marketplace results, not AI visibility results. Each case page states my role and the limits.
Strategy and analysis, with evidence.
Shoppers increasingly ask an AI what to buy before they ever search. The answer names two or three products, and the facts in it come from somewhere: your listings, your site, other retailers, reviews. My work is to see what those answers say about your product and to turn that into a short list of what to change first.
I work on the strategy and analysis layer. When specialist execution is needed, I hand over the specifications and a way to measure the result. Organic growth only; no paid media.
I also run my own pet-apparel brand, sold on Chewy, Amazon and Etsy, with a Shopify store in development. So I deal with the same AI answers, reviews and marketplace rules as any marketplace brand, and I audited my own brand first: 88 AI answers across 9 AI tools, published with the numbers and the limits.
Marketplaces, then retail at scale.
